From the Capital Region to the North Island and the West Coast, we bring Health Canada–aligned radon measurement and full indoor-air-quality testing to your door. Same-week scheduling in the population centres; we travel for the rest.
Radon potential isn’t uniform across Vancouver Island — it follows the local geology. Here’s what that means region by region.

The Capital Region and Cowichan Valley have a mix of housing ages and building styles. Radon potential varies lot-to-lot, and tight modern homes and finished basements can concentrate it — so testing is worthwhile even where the regional average is moderate.
Central Island communities — Port Alberni in particular — sit on geology associated with higher radon potential in British Columbia. If you own a home in the Alberni Valley or the Oceanside corridor, a long-term test is strongly recommended.
The Comox Valley, Campbell River, and the West Coast see elevated radon readings in some homes. Crawl-space construction and seasonal pressure differences common to the coast can draw soil gas indoors — measurement is the only way to know your level.
